Monte Hunter, AIAPrincipal, K-12 Metrics Leader
Monte Hunter is a Principal and PSC’s Metrics Leader in the K-12 Sector. Prior to joining PSC, Monte was president of Hunter Corral Associates for 27 years until PSC and HCA joined forces in 2013.
With this long history of professional practice, Monte has become an expert in school long range planning. He has more than 50 Facility Assessment projects and more than 30 Facility Metric projects. School districts rely on his expertise in facility renewal optimization, space utilization, financial sustainability and impact on learning for identifying future facility needs. Monte has presented at numerous educational facility conferences and received the 2006 Impact on Learning Award from the Council of Educational Facility Planners International for his work on facility impact on learning.
