Michael Howard is a Principal and Studio Leader in PSC’s K-12 Education Sector leading a team focused on pre-design services including facility assessments, master planning, asset management, and construction cost estimating. He has more than 10 years of experience in planning, design, and construction, helping our clients strategically plan for the future.

He has worked extensively with municipalities and public school districts and on long-range facility planning projects including demographic studies, population and enrollment projections, park and open space master plans, and capital improvement planning. He is a dedicated advocate and respected thought leader in the profession having been a featured speaker at numerous seminars.

His work on the City of Laredo Parks and Open Space Master Plan was recognized by the Texas Chapter of ASLA with a Merit Award for Planning and Analysis. For many clients, he has proven to be a trusted partner and advisor in developing innovative solutions.
