Solid Waste Planning & Permitting
PSC has assembled an impressive portfolio of solid waste engineering design solutions. PSC’s Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) engineering experience dates prior to the time that EPA promulgated Subtitle D in 1993. Since that time, PSC has continuously worked in the MSW engineering sector and devoted an entire engineering team to municipal solid waste engineering.
PSC has developed a strong working relationship with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality management and staff engineers. Whether it is for your permitting needs, design planning or construction projects – PSC is your partner in maintaining your operation in an environmentally safe and sound manner.
