1945 - Gordon W. Parkhill, Marlin R. Smith, Jr.
and S. Clarence Cooper formed the partnership of Parkhill, Smith
& Cooper, Consulting Engineers.
1958 - El Paso office opened.
1975 - Architectural services added when Atcheson,
Cartwright & Associates merged with PSC.
1979 - The Midland office opened.
1986 - MPE division established.
1992 - The Amarillo office opened.
2002 - The Odessa office opened. |
